01 / PRIVACY — GENERAL & DATA
Whether you use a Posterior product or contribute to a training dataset, we collect only what is needed for the purpose and use it only for that purpose. We never sell personal data. Product inputs and delivery archives carry only what is needed to provide the service — identifiers and signed forms remain in a separate, access-controlled registry. 02 / CONSENT-FIRST
Products and data programmes are consent-first and aligned with India's DPDP Act 2023. For training data, signed consent is obtained before any recording, with AI-training use disclosed, purpose-limited to the brief, fictional content only, and every file accepted or rejected by a reviewer independent of the collector.
03 / RESPONSIBLE BUILD & COLLECTION
Products are built to be reviewable and data is delivered to be auditable. Raw files are never overwritten. Each file carries a per-file chain of custody — manifest, checksum, contributor and consent codes — with annotation alongside and previews gated and watermarked, never as open downloads.
04 / SECURITY & COMPLIANCE
Private-registry separation, raw immutability and per-file custody are enforced technically. For other jurisdictions, safeguards — including GDPR-style terms for EU/UK and CCPA handling for California — are set per client and on a case-to-case basis and recorded in the programme agreement.
