01 / PRIVACY NOTICE
We collect only what your brief requires, use it only for that program, and never sell contributor data. Delivery archives carry contributor codes and file checksums only — names and contacts stay in a separate private registry. Withdrawal is honored before export.
02 / CONSENT-FIRST PRACTICE
Aligned with India's DPDP Act 2023: signed consent before any recording, with AI-training use disclosed up front. Collection is purpose-limited to the brief. Every file is accepted or rejected by a reviewer independent of the collector, and fictional content only — no real private moments.
03 / RESPONSIBLE COLLECTION
Raw files are never overwritten. Each file carries a per-file chain of custody: synced manifest, checksum, contributor and consent codes. Annotation ships alongside, plus previews showing the work — shared gated and watermarked, never as open downloads.
04 / SECURITY NOTE
Private-registry separation, raw immutability, and per-file custody are enforced technically, not by policy alone. ISO 27001 certification is in progress. GDPR-style data-processing terms and CCPA request handling are available on request, and we complete ethical questionnaires and evidence packs per program. HIPAA-regulated programs only proceed after a joint safeguards review.
